Painful menstruation
My sister suffers from painful menstruation every time and the cycle includes heavy loss of blood as well. She is married since an year and wanting to have kids now. Will this effect her capability to conceive. Should she be visiting a doctor for any kind of treatment. Please advise.

Take a scan & see whether she has fibroids or any other issues which is causing painful menstruation... heavy blood loss will reduce her hemoglobin...
