Painful lump near hip line.

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello. I have a severely painful lump near my hip line, almost towards the end of tailbone. There are no signs of any discharge or blood and the lump feels a little hard. It doesn't seem like a cyst because it is very painful and is causing problem in general movement and activities. Is this a skin problem or internal infection or deficiency?
