Painful Cystic Acne
It been quite a long time I am having cystic acne and they are painful. Previously I had one or two before periods. most affected areas are chin, around the mouth and jawline.
There are white heads also on forehead, nose and chin.

Hi Thanks for your query.
Pimples occur mainly due to hormonal imbalances which causes an overproduction of oil and cells inside a skin follicle. They block the opening of the skin pore and cause the follicle under the skin to swell and become red. It usually starts in teenage, but most of the time lasts into adulthood.
1. Avoid breaking the boils 2. Use a good sunscreen properly 3. You can apply Clindamycin gel twice a day on entire face
