Whenever I have regular constipation for 3-4 days painful acne erupts on my face . they leave a scar . I told a doctor about it, he said this is not due to constipation but I have concentrated on this issue.
I have regular constipation .I take pepper food and liquids but still the problem keeps coming back after like 5 days . how should it be treated ?

Hi.. Please Avoid Fermented food, Bakery products, overnight food, Nonveg, paneer & cheese for 2-3 months.
DO Yogasana Like: - Paschimottasan.
Matsyasan.
Vajrasan.
Mandukasan.
Halasan.
Take some medecines Like: -1) Tapaydi Loha 2-2-2 tablets thrice a day with water. 2) Dashmool arishta 3 tsp + Kumari asav 3 tsp + mix it with 6 spoon of water in morning Afternoon & Night. For 1 month.
Acne in young age is very common. most common cause is hormonal disturbance. faulty diet, fast food, oily & spicy food consumption are aggravating factors. If your skin is oily daily use neem facewash 2 to 3 times in a day. Blood purifying medicines like Mahamanjisthadi Kwath, Arogyavardhini Vati, Gandhak Rasayan, Kaisore/ amrita guggulu are effective after regular use. Apply Himalaya clarina cream locally twice in a day. avoid constipation and correct metabolism. use triphal powder/ panchasakar powder 5gm at bed time with lukewarm water. have a good day
