  4. Painful acne. Shall i use t doxy 100mg.

I got 2 acnes today. One of which has white pus and swollen and the second one has little bump but no white pus. Both are painful. Long back My dermatologist has suggested faceclin gel with. Ciplox 500 and enzoflam 250. Will it work or shall i use t doxy 100mg.
