Good Afternoon! Ive been very painful pimples since 2013 and Ive tried almost everything. I was prescribed with Epiduo cream but its still pretty bad. Is there any medicine that you can recommend?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
