Pain while urination

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have noticed a little unusual pain in my penis at the end of my urination. I feel like urinating but the urine doesn't come sometimes. There is no change in color of the urine but pain really starts at night/evening. Can please suggest a cure for this.
