Pain while sleeping

Pain while sleeping

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I feel severe chest pain while sleeping or after long sitting. While walking it does not happen. No spreading of pain to jaw or arms. No breathlessness. Food digestion is also NOT normal. Please help with a solution I am having this problem for last one month now but occasionally
