Pain while penetration

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, I am recently married and while my husband tries to insert into me, it doesn't get insert beyond certain range and it gives me burning sensation and also a sensation like a needle down there. It's the first time I am having sexual intercourse. What should I do to overcome this pain and to have this penetration process smooth? Please help
