Pain while having sexual intercouse
I feel my vagina is tight and small. While having sex i get nervous and also my legs start shivering. We do foreplay also. Inspite of that we could not have sexual intercoure. Plz suggest what can be done.

Use of lubricant jellies ....and first inserting your own finger to remove fear from your mind. Will help ....beyond this proper check up and counselling may help
