My son 4year old uncircumcised normally very healthy and active complains on pain while urinating since two days. His foreskin is not retracted. Doctor went  for urine test and culture. Found a bacterial infection and suggested a antibiotic. Using since three days but no change. Went for scan and found no infection in kidneys or bladder. No fever. Active enough.
