Pain/swelling in testicles, abdomen pai

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am having tremendous lower abdomen pain and there is swelling too in testicles and severe pain from last 2 days. what should i do...what are these symptoms for. I am an unmarried guy, with no physical intercourse with anyone, so this excludes the possibilities of hurting below down due to wrong postures. Is could be hernia or kidney stone...I am dying with this pain.Its unbearable.
