Mobile gallbladder stone of 3mm and drinking empty stomach alcohol feeling gastric and acidity after eating meal my stomach area become tight and started gaiving pain sensation but it actually does not pain

If endoscopy not showing gastritis, likely from alcohol induced/aggravated then Ur symptoms likely be due to gall bladder related. Hence seek Gastroenterologist and laparoscopic surgeon or surgical Gastroenterologist opinion.
