Pain scrutum area swellin

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I feel pain in Scrotum area or in Penis top side and there is swelling which is there is Scrotum area I have done the scanning but results were normal but the swelling was not showing in scanning some I told to doctor to do it one more scanning then the swelling was reflected is this due mastribation
