Pain right side pelvic ovary cyst advice
I was having pain in right side pelvic area and back from last four and I have history of grde 1 endometriosis which is removed dr advice for ultrasound and they told me I have a cyst of 2 cm in rght side ovary and gave me medicine Dinogest 2mg for a month plz tell me will this cyst will go by its own and is medicine okay if trying for pregnancy and this help in cyst pain plz suggest my pain is more during period

Endometriosis cyst don't go by its own,
Dinogest should help it helps in reducing cyst.
Also for pain take a painkiller which u generally take
