Hello XRAY CERVICAL REGION AP AND LAT VIEW DIGITAL. CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN  SURGEON, Till than hot fomentation by hot water bag.locally apply rhuma oil two three times.tab tramadol plus two times a day after food..ok.
