Persistent post surgical pain after 1 month of surgery is not normal.
Next Steps
Take a course of anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol round the clock for 6 days. If pain persists consult a pain specialist as this type of pain requires special medications and intervention.
