Pain post hemorrhoidopexy
I've had stapled hemorrhoidopexy along with laser surgery to treat my prolapsed grade 3 hemorrhoid around 3 weeks back. There is a lot of sharp and burning like pain when I tighten the rectum which instinctively happens while peeing, laughing and coughing. The pain is a bit less after around 4 hours post bowel movement. Is this normal? When will this resolve? there is a lot of morning pain after I wake up. How should I sleep post surgery?

In the surgery you underwent, lot of redundant tissue has been excised. It's totally normal considering the surgery. It is going to take time, may be a month or 2 for your life to get back to normal. Make sure you don't experience constipation. Consume laxative.
