Pain pooping
For the last week I’ve been pooping and I’ve been feeling pain and seeing blood. Every time I go to use the toilet if I’m taking a Pooh I had to grip the walls on the excruciating pain as I am defecating.

U should get some investigation like CBC , ESR and CRP level. U should consult physician or gastroenterologist to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.
U should start prebiotic and probiotics.
