Dear sir, I met with an bike fall accident 2 days back and fortunately have no external injuries but  I have an acute pain in my lower abdomen when I walk.no pain when I m on rest.Hips Xray found normal.

get a X-ray of pelvis done and see a general surgeon and get an abdominal usg if required to rule out any internal injury.
