Doctor please tell vagina is paining after rubbing the penis over it. Also should she is afraid of getting pregnant. Is it possible without putting sperm inside the vagina.

Pain may be due to hard erected penis rubbing against soft vaginal tissue. If you are 100% sure that there was no sperm at all passed in that foreplay act by man....NO PREGNANCY CAN HAPPEN. That's for sure. But for that ejaculation should not happen at all where sperms come out of man's penis.
