Hello
I am having pain on my upper right side of my stomach (below the ribs) for the past few days. I have burps and bloating as well. The local doctor suggested could be because of acidity. He gave sucrafil and sompraz d tablets. It was a temporary relief. But the pain is there still. But not severe. Pls suggest what could be the problem?

The pain you are describing, along with bloating is classical of gallstone disease. You may be suffering from gallbladder stones, which may further cause an infection/ jaundice if left untreated.
Next Steps
Please get an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis and meet an abdominal/ laparoscopic surgeon.
