Pain on left heel
Past few weeks. I am having pain on my left heel. Spider veins are visible on both heels. No swelling though. Strangely my right heel doesn't pain. Right now using castor oil (foot massage) for pain relief. Pain hasn't left fully.

Hello, Heel pain is a very common foot problem. The sufferer usually feels pain either under theheel (plantar fasciitis) or just behind it (Achilles tendinitis), where the Achilles tendon connects to the heel bone. Even though heel pain can be severe and sometimes disabling, it is rarely a health threat . Common causes are neuropathy (multivitamins supplements will help) , plantar faciaitis(rest and pain killers will help) , heal spur, please consult a orthopedician for further workup.
