Pain on head and left hand after orgasam
Hi Doctor,  I had my ASD closure at age of 25 in 2019, I used to get wet dreams during the rest period.   So that after the 4 weeks I didnt get control and mastrubating happend   due that I used to get little palpitations, moving heart experience just for few seconds soon after orgasam released &" my penis size suddenly not getting big/strong so I started forcefully bringing it to bigger", after orgasam I become nervous so weak, not able to do little work, got pain & swell at temple locations on head, pain on head.   Used to happen when ever I got orgasam. Iam unable to explain to doctor. Later due to surgery I am in depression so they took psychiatrist and still he is treating me (I am unable to explain this to him from so many years telling only pains areas) . Now even after so many medications I am not completely felling that exercise or any 10 push-ups . Now after 6years I got again pain on corner of head and left hand pain after orgasam and fells want rest. Help me..
