Pain on back of head rightside
Hi, from 2-3 months I have been experiencing a pain in nerves at back of my head on right side and it is sore to touch. Sometimes I also experience a pain in neck, around the temples, nose on the same side. This pain stays for 2-3 days (not always very sharp during the entire time but fluctuating) and then becomes a bit mild and then comes again. Am not even able to sleep on that side when its paining. A very few times, the pain has also occured at both sides on the back of head. During the lockdown period, had carried huge weight sometimes and used to do exercises, not sure if this could be something related to any nerve stretch or something? Can someone advise on what the issue seems like and how can I remedy?
