Epithelial cells 6-8/HPF nd pus cell 10-12/HPF and I am pregnant of 2month.sometime iI have pain in my llower belly. is this very serious?

Urinary tract infection should be treated as per culture and sensitivity test done and choosing a safer antibiotic in pregnancy
