Pain near ribcage

Hi Doctor i have sharp pain below both my ribcages extending till my stomach. Feels more like muscle pain. Sometimes pain at the back as well. Attached xray and MRI scan report ans pain area images for reference. Please help me what could be the reason?

Dear, Pain around abdomen could be due to many reasons. If any history of trauma, try -Hot water fomentation along with muscle relaxant. X-ray report and MRI reports are non-Significant.

Next Steps

If you are taking above measures and are not getting relieved, kindly get yourself examined and get Ultrasound while abdomen if required.
