Pain near left shoulder a
Pain at back near left shoulder blade and a kind of pain in the under side muscle of left arm, feet swell when seated or standing long time. Swelling reduces after some time when feet are not in long time standing a seating position. BP right now 132/80. Occasional giddiness.

Hello there... I understand your concern... There are many possible reasons for your pain which has to be taken care....it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints,trauma,poor posture,degenerative diseases,muscle strain,shoulder joint instability,dislocation...you may require investigations like x ray,MRI etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful...regarding leg swelling it may a symptom of right heart failure consult nearest cardiologist for clinical examination they will do the needful.
