Pain moving in muscles not in joints..

Asked for Female, 32 Years

32 year old female, met an accident 3 years ago. My spine code was suppressed and today in the evening I had a sever pain start from back moving around body to chest, than again from stomach to chest again from back to chest. And from chest to ears.. Please suggest what should I do for this pain was sever..
