Pain - Lower abdomen left
I have been experiencing pain on the left side of my lower abdomen since this morning. The pain is not very acute but it's almost constant. Few other things to note - urine is not discoloured. It does hurt while urination but like I mentioned earlier the pain is almost constant and is felt almost all the time. No other symptoms have appeared yet. Please help. Unable to perform any of my daily chores.

Hello there. I can understand your concern.  You need to drink plenty of fluids. Have a soft diet and take avoid oily and spicy foods. Cap. Pan-l once a day half an hour before food and tab. Zerodol-spas twice or thrice a day after food as needed. Take rest. And if the problem still persists then, consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.  Dr. Anil kumar jain.
