There's a soft/squeezy type lump in my left testicle because of which I'm experiencing discomfort and pain-like feeling in my left testicle and leg. The pain increases in bed and I urinate frequently because doing that helps me feel relaxed. I feel like wearing tight underwear to hold my testicles tight, when i keep a pillow between my legs and push it towards testicles tightly, I feel relaxed. This started 1 year back and know the pain has increased too much, i feel it is from when i started going to gym and exercised without wearing a supporter. Please let me know what it is.
