  3. Pain inside anus. Symptom of piles.

Pain inside anus
It's painiig inside anus..while sitting and in normal time as well. At the time of excretion it seems something is coming out from anus..which is a basic symptom of piles. But I am not sure if its pile. Can you please suggest what to do in this case..
