Pain infront of ear

Covid positive on 6th may 2021, from 4th june i am having little bit pain lower infront of ear and back neck pain and face side at the end , back neck pain lower neck pain has been disappeared feeling like but face side at end still feeling little bit slide pain while pressing, what's happening?

Doesn't look like sinusitis, may be neck muscle spasm. Try taking pain killer and apply pain gel. No relief see an ENT specialist.
