Pain in uterus
My mom age is 63,she is suffering from frequently urine pass at least 20 times in a day and lot of internal pain at urine pass place while going for urine but from back 3days continuously pain, we meet a doctor and done urine routine, urine culture, ultrasound and even we consult a gynecologist, doctor told it's a uti, she used doctor prescribe medicine urispas and niftas for around a week but no any change, she have continues internal pain near urine pass place, kindly refer some gud treatment, I am attaching here recent reports also

Continue medication as advised. Can start Tab Soliten 5 mg once daily to control increased frequency. Also start Syp Alkasol 10 ml in a glass of water three times daily. It will take at least 10-15 days of treatment. Can stop urispas if no burning.
