Pain in urine and burning

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sirr I had pain in stomachache . And it is happened always a timee in 3_4 month . I checked up usg and the report is . Left sided moderate hydronephrosis. I also checked urine culture test bcoz too much pain and burning in urine thee report is growth of E coli that is 75000. What to do burning is continuing

Get a functional study like IVP or CT Urography done to ascertain cause of left sided moderate hydronephrosis.any obstruction in urinary tract can give rise to hydronephrosis and infection. Treatment of the cause will be the proper treatment.consult a urologist
