Pain in urinary bladder and testicals
I have been having pain in The side of urinary bladder and both testicals for 2 years. I am having pain in every 2.to 3 days. The pain stops if I ejaculate sperm by any means.

This happens due to engorgement of epididymis in case u get aroused and don't ejaculate. It gets relieved with ejaculatation.
