Pain in uretheal opening

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My urethral opening is paining since 3-4 days.initially I thought it to be rashes and hence applied clean n dry ointment but the pain still persists and obstructs me of free working or moving. It appears red on visual appearance.please suggest me what should I do?
