Pain in Tonsils after root canal
My mother had her root canal (1st round) 2 weeks back, and started developing pain in left tonsils and ear. Along with same she is having fever coming and going. Gets better with medicine, then again goes back after few hours. She is taking these medicines-
Tab pantop before breakfast once daily-5days
CefPod cv twice daily for 5 days
Aceclofenac twice daily for 4days
Salt water mouth gargling
Please suggest if this will take tym or should I consult other specialist.

Usually there can be a referred pain following such procedures. But it shouldn't last so long. Take the dental opinion again to see if there are any problems still. If not see an ENT
