Pain in the upper abdomen since night

Asked for Female, 45 Years

My mother had extreme pain since the night before yesterday. She vomitted more than 3 times by dawn she had extreme psin and consulted the home physician. He said it was mild feud in epigastric region and right hypochondrium and prescribed a few medication . What should we do now because the pain is comparatively less but constant..
