Pain In The Shoulder And Upper Abdomen - Hi, I Am 11 Weeks

Pain in the shoulder and upper abdomen

Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing sharp pain in my left shoulder and in the stomach. The pain increases 10x when I lie down but subsides when I sleep on the right side. Previously I had it in my shoulder and just below the left breast but now it shifted to the left side of the stomach and still exists in the shoulder. This pain aggravates when I try to breathe. What can this be? Please advise on what can be done.
