Pain in the right rib area

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am having pain in the right rib area (almost adjacent to right breast) from yesterday night. I am having cough from a long time since i got fever on january. cough is dry and a kind of pricking. I think thats y I have this pain started. What medication should i take? Please suggest.
