Pain in the right abdomen
Im suffering from pain in right side of stomach...especially after having food n while sitting..its below the right rib area...i feel like cramps,pain and numbness in that area...i have undergone all kinds of tests including CT ABDOMEN, ENDOSCOPY, ULTRASOUND, 2D ECHO, AEC, BLOOD TEST, THYROID, TMT..everything is negative. Many doctors prescribed Razo-d n similar tablets but of no use..Previously i used to smoke and take alcohol. But since months i stopped everything and these things started like panic attacks, tension , anxiety and abdominal pain..im using nexito plus for my panic disorders n im getting relief from that but for this abdominal pain my doctor suggested 2 tablets NORMAXIN, RABEKIND but m not finding any difference after using these tablets too...please help me...i visited more than 20 doctors but im not relieved from d pain.

Hi...., Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Manage stress. Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse. Stress may be hard to avoid, but you can learn to cope with it. If you have trouble relaxing, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga.....
