Pain in the left ear
From the past 3-4 days, I have been experiencing pain in my left ear generally few minutes after eating, maybe due to some reflux or so.

I can understand your concern.
There is no way to tell what's causing the pain.
You should get it checked out.
As of now take a pain killer.
Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
