  3. Pain in the left arm. Start paining.

Pain in the left arm
I am suffering from pain in my arm. Sometimes it gets excruciating at other times it does'nt pain that much. While Trying to sleep the pain will travel towards the shoulder and the whole arm would start paining.

You may be having cervical spondylitis which is causing pressure on some nerve leading to excruciating pain in the arm when the neck is in certain position. Get xray of the cervical spines done and consult with an orthopaedic doctor who can examine you and advise accordingly.
