Pain in the head of the penis.
I have had this problem for almost 6 months now, whenever I masturbate I have intense and irritating pain on the head of my penis. This started especially after I tore my frenulum during sex in April of 2015, but that has healed and this problem has arised. I need help as this problem us affecting me both mentally and physically. its very discomforting and I'm have negative thoughts because of this. I have also developed problems like premature ejaculation as well as itchiness and pain post urination. The head of my penis has also swollen, it stays swollen all the time and it has become somewhat grey in colour. I need help...

I can understand the distress you are being through. It is more likely that you have had trauma during sex which has caused minor cut and now has resulted in pain. It is very normal sequale. However, what we don't want is any infection and the healing of sacred has to be proper. Excessive itching, fluid discharge, redness, swelling etc are the signs that suggest infection. In such case one should consider strongly to consult a surgeon as he can start with some antibiotics that can be taken for a few and then stopped. The pain would generally subside after a week.
