  4. Pain in the eyes. In the dark or nights.

Hello Doctor, From past 2 months are so, whenever I look at lights, mobile or vehicle lights eyes are paining and sometimes becomes watery also. I am using glasses from 15 years with power level around -2.5 both side.. Pain is more especially during using mobiles or seeing lights in the dark or nights.

Pain when using gadgets is due to strain and dry eye. Use lubricants and rest eyes in between ans drink lots of water.
