Sir..fracture of antero-inferior wall of external auditory canal... what is the treatment option??

If the canal size does not compromise it's cerumen clearance & hearing, best is to leave it alone.
Next Steps
Pain at TM joint should be addressed with soft diet, gently munching equally both sides & not grinding hard. Use pain killers sparingly should help healing quickly.
Health Tips
If pain continues, imaging to check for loose bits of cartilage in the joint & take surgical help.
