Pain in testicles
Swelling of testicles in regular interval and then light pain in testicles....Some time it last for 1 hour

It needs to be examined by a physician/surgeon to look for the cause of it. You may get a USG scrotum with Doppler done. Few investigations like complete blood count may help. If there is infection then you need antibiotics and other measures to reduce pain and swelling.
