Pain in testicle

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Whenever I stop masturbation my testicles hurt a few days without masturbation and pain grows with days my testicles gets swollen and heavier and a white liquid start to released after urination and after I masturbate again then my pain goes for few days and I get relief for a few days . Is it a condition to worry and how to tackle this pain situation and to get out of this addiction and loop .
