Pain in testicle

Pain in testicle

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am having pain in my left Testicle for 5-6 days, I don't feel pain anywhere else but in that particular regional only. I think i may have hurt myself but i am not sure. I went to a doctor and he told me that my body is producing more seman and that is why i am having this issue but i am not sure that's why i am asking here. What should i do ? Thanks.
